The former Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Joi Nunieh, is currently at the investigating hearing of the House of Representatives Committee on Niger Delta Affairs investigating mismanagement of funds.
The former MD was schedule to appear before the committee on Thursday but had her house in Port Harcourt surrounded by the Police.
She is speaking on oath via zoom.
