Ahead of the crucial Match Day-three against Super Eagles of Nigeria in the AFCON qualifying tournament, the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau has concluded its arrangement to arrive Abuja on Wednesday

The team was initially billed to arrive Nigeria on Tuesday but later changed the travel plan. The Guinean side which occupied the second position are hoping to upturn the form book with a minimum four out of six against former African Champions and make qualification into the main tournament much easier before the final match days.

The message on its official site reads; “The Baciro Cande boys who have their camp opened on Monday morning will observe their training for two days that is Monday and Tuesday at the 24 de Setembro National Stadium, Bissau venue of the second leg before embarking on a journey to Nigeria on Wednesday,” it said.

The team also planned to train once a day in the evening and to coincide with the official time of the match against Super Eagles.

The Three-time African champions Nigeria occupied the top spot in the group and Guinea Bissau is placed second hoping to stage a return to the biennial competition for the second consecutive time.
